Fantastic place to take you family and friend. They have events on all the time, and the views of the Humber Bridge and nature reserve are amazing. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Don't know if the visitor centre is any good due to misleading information. Says its open until 5pm on a Sunday, us and a few more people got there about 4.15pm and found it was closed.
Lots of information in this place, local guides, books and items for sale. A small cafe, loos and wildlife cams to watch. Right next to the southern end of the Humber Bridge. A large network of paths along the nature reserve to visit too.
Really informative centre what's very interactive, great for children to learn new things. The live cameras was a hit with mine. The cafe is lovely, slightly expensive but it's local produce and you can taste the quality of the food. The childrens play area is fantastic, great open area what's all glass windows so you can sit and enjoy a coffee and cake whilst watching them play. Toilets are a good size too and very clean. Staff are really friendly
Cold on river side. Inside building interesting great for coffee after walking dog. Morris Minor Gathering once a year in about June
