Paid a lof of money for 5 course meal on new years eve. The portions were miniscule and they did not cater properly for gluten free offering sliced gluten free bread instead of bothering to get a gluten free roll or crackers as menu and ordered.
Booked for Xmas day lunch, absolutely atrocious! Left before our dessert, complete disappointment for such an important day for our family, especially as a lot came from London. Had cold food, sent it back and it came back cold again, hair in one dinner, things missing from plates. Will never return!
Excellent hotel with some of the best views in town, bridge and Humber on one side and a beautiful nature reserve on the other. Eclectic decor and a cool bar.
It was good but the single bed that i slept on in a family room was just a pit up bed. But otherwise it was fantastic
